1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 2 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective product

Incorrect quantity or incomplete package

Sealed (perfume boxes must not be opened)

Include all original packaging and accessories

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Delivered:
Return shipping is free, and we will replace or refund the item. -
Customer Error (e.g., ordered the wrong product):
Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted for fragrance products due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity protection. -
Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.
3. How to Return

Email info@thefragrancesecrets.com within 48 hours with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return. -
Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible. -
Repack
Place the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories. -
Ship / Collection
We will arrange pickup or provide instructions depending on your location.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you on approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refund speed depends on your bank, card provider, or payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong or defective item, we can arrange a quick exchange at no cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
