These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thefragrancesecrets.com and the products and services offered by The Fragrance Secrets, a UAE-based fragrance retailer ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and only for legitimate shopping purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable UAE laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the website.
  • Copy, scrape, resell or exploit any part of the website or its content without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including at checkout or in reviews.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website, or to cancel orders, where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

Accounts & Orders

You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where a product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your location, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payment Policies

All prices on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep prices, offers and product information accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; where a genuine error is identified, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

Payment options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available UAE-wide — pay the courier in cash on receipt of your order.
  • Interest-free instalments: split your payment with Tabby or Tamara, subject to their eligibility checks and terms.
  • Card and digital payment: processed securely through our payment partners.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Orders over AED 150 qualify for free delivery within the UAE. Instalment plans with Tabby and Tamara are provided by those companies and are subject to their own terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Product Authenticity & Labelling

Every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source designer and Arabic fragrance houses through verified-resale channels, and we also offer our own house brands — Fragrance Secrets, Secret Scents and Paris Collection. Across our catalogue we work with 218+ authentic brands.

Where a product is described as "inspired by", "our impression of", or similar, this describes a fragrance that is inspired by the scent profile of a well-known perfume. Such products are not the original designer fragrance, are not produced, endorsed by or affiliated with the original brand, and any third-party brand names are referenced only to describe the scent character. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, page design, and the "The Fragrance Secrets" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names and trademarks displayed on our site remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fragrance Secrets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Disclaimers

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take great care with our listings, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours or other content are entirely error-free, or that the website will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Fragrances contain ingredients that may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Please review ingredient information and perform a patch test before regular use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult a professional before use. You use fragrance products at your own discretion.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology or legal requirements. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
