Return & Refund Policy
If you return an item using a prepaid method from our Online Return Center, and the reason for return is not a result of a Fragrance Secrets error, the cost of shipping and service charge will be deducted from your refund.
Once your items are delivered, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to ship them back for a full refund. Returns shipped within the next 5 days will be eligible for store credit. After 10 days, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Estimated return shipping fees will be displayed within the Online Return Center when you are choosing the prepaid return label method for your return. If the return is the result of a Fragrance Secrets error, we will refund return shipping as well. For return by mail, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Please note, damages from the customer side cannot be obtained for the refund process; our quality checking team assures the product quality before product shipment.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for shipments inside UAE is 1-5 business days with a flat rate of AED 16.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fragrance Secrets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
