Prepaid Method Returns for Physical Damage
  • If an item arrives with physical damage (e.g., broken bottles, cracked packaging) upon delivery, Fragrance Secrets will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • The return shipping fees and any applicable service charges will be covered by Fragrance Secrets, as the damage is not caused by the customer.
Timeframe for Returns
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item that arrives with physical damage for a full refund.
  • Returns initiated between 8 and 14 days after delivery will be eligible for store credit only.
  • After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted, even for physical damage.
Estimated Return Shipping Fees
  • For returns due to physical damage, Fragrance Secrets will provide a prepaid return label, meaning no shipping costs will be charged to you. The fees are fully covered by us when the damage is our responsibility.
Processing Time and Refund Method
  • Fragrance Secrets will process returns for physical damage within 2-3 business days after receiving the damaged product at our facility (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).
  • Once processed, the full refund will be directly deposited into the bank account provided by the customer within 2 to 5 days from the processing date. You will need to provide your bank account details during the return process.
  • The refund will cover the product purchase price only (delivery charges excluded, unless otherwise specified).
Quality Assurance and Damages
  • Fragrance Secrets conducts a rigorous quality check before shipment to ensure product integrity.
  • Only items that arrive with physical damage evident upon delivery are eligible for returns and refunds under this policy. Damages or defects that occur after receipt by the customer (e.g., due to mishandling or use) are not covered.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions once eligibility is confirmed.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
  4. Provide your bank account details for the refund.
  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is processed and the refund is issued.
