    • If you use a prepaid method (such as a return label provided by Best Buy) to return an item, and the reason for return is not due to a mistake made by Best Buy, the cost of shipping and any applicable service charges will be deducted from your refund.
    • Essentially, if you’re returning an item and it’s not Best Buy’s fault, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees.
  2. Timeframe for Returns:

    • Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back for a full refund.
    • If you ship the items back within the next 5 days, you’ll be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
    • After 14 days, all sales are considered final, and returns will not be accepted.
    • So, it’s essential to act promptly if you’re considering returning an item.

    • When you initiate a return using the prepaid return label method, the estimated return shipping fees will be displayed within the Online Return Center. This helps you understand the cost associated with returning the item.
    • If the return is due to an error on the part of Fragrance Secrets, they will also refund the return shipping fees. In other words, if it’s their mistake, you won’t have to bear the cost of return shipping.
  2. Processing Time for Returns by Mail:

    • If you choose to return the item by mail, Fragrance Secrets will process the return within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product.
    • Keep in mind that the actual refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Typically, it can take up to 7 days from the date of processing for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. Quality Assurance and Damages:

    • Fragrance Secrets has a quality checking team that ensures the product’s quality before shipment. This step is crucial to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold their brand reputation.
    • However, it’s essential to note that damages caused by the customer (such as accidental breakage or mishandling) cannot be claimed during the refund process. The quality check is primarily to verify the product’s condition before it leaves their facility
