Prepaid Method Returns:
- If you use a prepaid method (such as a return label provided by Best Buy) to return an item, and the reason for return is not due to a mistake made by Best Buy, the cost of shipping and any applicable service charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Essentially, if you’re returning an item and it’s not Best Buy’s fault, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees.

- Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back for a full refund.
- If you ship the items back within the next 5 days, you’ll be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
- After 14 days, all sales are considered final, and returns will not be accepted.
